Chicken Enchiladas
3-4 Chicken Breasts or one whole chicken cooked (boiled) and cut up
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 small can of green chilies
1 pkg flour tortillas
cheddar cheese
Add cooked chicken (cut up or shredded), soups, chilies, 1/2 cup of water together. Tear 1/2 the tortillas up in a baking dish. Add 1/2 the chicken mixture. Then rest of tortillas and rest of chicken mixture. Top with cheese. Bake until browned
I have friends that add sour cream to the chicken mixture. I have never tried it, but maybe next time I will!
